TOTEME offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you to return items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to ensure secure transit.
Initiate Your Return
Register your return online through our returns portal by entering your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized service point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
